The Pokaran Pottery welcomes wholesale, corporate, and bulk purchase inquiries.

1. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

Wholesale pricing is available only for qualifying bulk orders as determined by The Pokaran Pottery.

2. QUOTATIONS

All quotations remain valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

3. ADVANCE PAYMENT

Bulk orders may require:

• 50% Advance Payment
• Balance before dispatch

or as agreed in writing.

4. CUSTOM ORDERS

Customized products may require additional lead time. Once production begins, custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

5. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Bulk production timelines depend on:

• Order quantity
• Product type
• Customization requirements

Estimated timelines will be provided separately.

6. SHIPPING

Freight charges for wholesale orders may be charged separately unless agreed otherwise.

7. INSPECTION

Customers are encouraged to inspect goods immediately upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours.
