1. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Due to the handmade nature of pottery products, no blanket warranty is provided unless specifically mentioned on the product page.

• Unboxing video rule
• Fragile item protection

Unboxing video is mandatory for transit damage or missing item claims. Claims without proper photo/video evidence may not be accepted. No guarantee against breakage.

2. COVERED DEFECTS

Where applicable, warranty coverage may apply to:

• Manufacturing defects
• Structural defects identified upon delivery

3. EXCLUSIONS

Warranty shall not apply to:

• Accidental damage
• Improper handling
• Misuse
• Negligence
• Exposure to extreme temperatures
• Breakage after delivery
• Natural wear and tear

4. CLAIM PROCESS

Warranty claims must be submitted with:

• Order number
• Photographs
• Description of issue

5. COMPANY DISCRETION

Upon verification, The Pokaran Pottery may choose to:

• Repair
• Replace
• Refund
