7. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Customers must inspect packages immediately upon delivery. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours along with photographs and an un-boxing video.

• • Un-boxing video must begin before opening the sealed package.
• • Claims without complete un-boxing video proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
• • Minor packaging dents or external box damage without product damage shall not qualify for claims.
• • Handmade clay products are fragile by nature and should be handled carefully after delivery.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for:
